These are our newest trackball keyboard, from a brand new brand at a great price!
You won't have heard of point, they're new, but that doesn't mean the keyboards aren't good, they aren't bad if we do say so ourselves!
We've had a quick play and there isn't much that's wrong with them at all, the mouse buttons aren't perfectly placed, they're one under another but that doesn't take much getting used to. They also don't have hotkeys, but if you don't use them much that's no real shame.
To add to that these are also our smallest wireless keyboard with pointing device, they come in at only 36x15cm (14x6"), that's getting on for close to the a4tech which don't have a mouse! The USB dongle (which lets the computer talk to the keyboard and vice versa) is also tiny, as you can see in the picture it protrudes just under 3cm (or a smidge over an inch).
These run on 3 AAA batteries which don't come in the box, but we'll throw in some Duracells any way to make sure they work out of the box.
These use a 2.4Ghz radio frequency like most (if not now all) our other keyboards this gives a 10m range (Point say 9m on the box), but this is lowered if you go through walls or floors. The 2.4Ghz is also used for wireless networking but rest assured these won't interfere.
These will work with Windows 98se, 2000, Me, XP, Vista and 7 as well as most flavours of Linux and Macs (although these have a Windows key).
